Dong Ding Freezing Cold Mountain Tea
Dong Ding tea is grown on or just near the Dong Ding mountain. Dong Ding resides in fog most of the year, which allows this tea to be some of the worlds best since it is cool throughout the entire growing - picking cycle. This area grows tea plants that give up to five pickings per year with the best harvests in spring and winter. Our Dong Ding tea plants grow under the constant shade of beetle nut trees. Tea plants only produce good tea after they are about fifteen years old and Dong Ding Mountain has some tea plants that are over one hundred!
