GaoShan1 is a sweet and flowery tasting tea. This one is easy to brew and will not get bitter. Gao Shan1 comes from a very early spring picking from the ridge high above Lugu. Smaller tips from younger plants make the harvest from this newer plantation different from our other teas. This High Mountain Tea is one of the Green Heart varietals with a surprisingly youthful scent.
