Gao Shan3 is an ornate Dong Ding tea that still has green to it. This very clear brew requires careful timing for steeping - no more than 60 seconds in the hot water. Number 3 is handpicked by our good friends above Lugu and is labeled as a superior tea because it needs a very skillfull hand. We get this tea for the one who needs a lift in spirit as it has the most caffeine of all our teas.
