Our teas originate on a number of family farms in the hills of Nantou County, Taiwan. Because this is possibly the best tea-growing region in the world our tea comes from the most excellent species and eons of tea farming experience.

The superb smooth lively flavor of Eon Teas are attributed to the podzolic soils of this special region, the aromatic and tender leaf composition of the Shin Chin tea plant and vacuum packaging right on site to insure that the flavor remains as fresh as the day it was picked.

Eon Tea is a family business. The tea farms in Taiwan are family businesses. Our teas are grown without pesticides, using organic fertilizers and are very ecofriendly. Unless specifically noted all Eon Teas are hand picked, processed and maintained by people not machines.
